Hours and Schedule:
  • Contract Position 5 days per week, Monday-Friday from 8: 30-4: 30.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ability to analyze, define, test, and implement monitoring standards for desktops and applications.
  • Ability to install, operate, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot network, server, desktop, and printer issues to resolution.
  • Interact with network services, system services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
Qualifications:
  • Skilled in all aspects of typical helpdesk support.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Interact with network services, system service, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Security and Certification preferred
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Customer Service background preferred 2-5 years' experience working in IT help desk.
