- Contract Position 5 days per week, Monday-Friday from 8: 30-4: 30.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ability to analyze, define, test, and implement monitoring standards for desktops and applications.
- Ability to install, operate, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network, server, desktop, and printer issues to resolution.
- Interact with network services, system services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
- Skilled in all aspects of typical helpdesk support.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Interact with network services, system service, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Security and Certification preferred
- High School degree or equivalent
- Customer Service background preferred 2-5 years' experience working in IT help desk.
