We are looking for several Customer Service Reps to add to our growing team. 

Hours and Schedule:
  • Position is Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-7pm and every other weekend.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Interact with customers daily, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service.
  • Responsible for answering inbound calls in a timely manner and initiating outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Will be the liaison between field associates and store managers to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Misc. Administrative duties
