Responsibilities and Duties:
The Internal Trainer will work with Managers and Sales team to create, maintain and execute training for all new colleagues within various departments. The primary responsibility is to train all  team members on the key functions of ConnectWise and making sure they are given adequate training on their role to be successful. 
  • Develop and update training on all ConnectWise solutions.  This includes working with leadership and Product Manager' s to make sure the correct messages are being communicated.
  • Produce and maintain colleague onboarding material on how to use Manage and supporting tools applicable to day to day job functions
  • Creating detailed training for Manage, Sell, Automate and Control for Support teams to educate new hires on all settings and features for the individual solutions
  •   Work with SME' s within each department to develop and maintain role based training
  •   Develop ongoing training for all colleagues on solutions as well as job functions
  •   Create virtual training that can be leveraged and dispersed among colleagues
  •   Stay up to date on new in-person and virtual training techniques, styles and methodologies
  • Required Skills / Knowledge:
  •   Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
  • Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written
  •   Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
  •   Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail
  •   Strong product knowledge of at least one ConnectWise solution
  • Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets preferred
  •   Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines
  • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
  •   Willingness to develop professionally
  •   Ability to work with little supervision
  • Education / Previous Experience:
  •   Bachelor' s degree required
  •   2 years of training experience
